My name is Carol. I am a massage therapist, esthetician and a functional nutrition counselor.

Retired 6th grade reading teacher. Had TNR January 2025. Still stiff and painful after two rounds of PT.

74 widowed had eke in January 30th and knee is swelling which leads to swelling in my ankle and hamstrings.

I had my left knee replaced November 7th 2025 and stayed in hospital 3 nights before going to rehab for another 4 nights. I am super happy.
