Facebook ads error

I'm doing a "page like" campaign on Facebook. I've gone through the steps and authenticated anywhere I can within ads manager settings. When I publish, I still get the below error message. When I click fix error it takes me back into the ad, but there are no errors. Does anyone know where else I need to go to authenticate? Two factor authentication is on as well.

"Please authenticate your account: Due to recent activity (like login location), we think someone may have tried to access your account without permission. To be safe, your ads won’t run until you authenticate your account. (#3858385)"
