For the last six weeks, I had the privilege of leading an intensive with our pastors, elders, ministers, and members of our congregation. Something beautiful happened. People who had never preached before stepped up and preached. Seasoned ministers sharpened their delivery. Everyone grew. It reminded me of something… Preachers need community. Too many people are trying to develop their voice in isolation. They have a calling, but no coaching. They have passion, but no place to practice. They have something to say, but no one helping them sharpen how they say it. I want to change that. I don’t just want to create another preaching course. I want to build a preaching community. A safe place where preachers can grow, receive feedback, develop confidence, strengthen biblical communication, and become better stewards of the message God has entrusted to them. So let me ask… Where are the preachers? I wanted to try something a little different. I recently went live and shared an audio-only teaching on something I believe every leader, creator, and visionary needs: a deep sense of calling and purpose. Sometimes we get so focused on strategies, platforms, and growth that we forget the one thing that sustains us through every season—knowing why we’re here. I’m going to start releasing more of these audio recordings inside our community. Think of them as voice notes from my heart—raw thoughts, practical wisdom, and conversations to encourage you, challenge you, and help you stay focused on your assignment. There is something that’s been weighing on me. One of the greatest tragedies of our generation is that too many people want recognition without responsibility. We want influence without impact. We want applause without mastery. We want followers without first becoming someone worth following. Somewhere along the way, we started believing that visibility was the goal. It’s not. The goal is greatness. Not greatness measured by fame, but greatness measured by stewardship. Greatness that comes from committing yourself to your craft. Greatness that is built by solving real problems, creating real value, serving people well, and refusing to leave your God-given potential undeveloped. Where are the people who wake up every morning asking, “How can I become better than I was yesterday?” Where are the people obsessed with excellence? Where are the people willing to practice when nobody is watching, study when nobody is applauding, build when nobody is celebrating, and stay faithful when nobody is paying attention? Those are my people. This mentorship community is not for casual learners. It is not for people who want to be great only when they’re inspired. It is not for people looking for shortcuts, hacks, or overnight success. This community is for builders. It is for people obsessed with purpose. It is for leaders. It is for people who believe their assignment deserves the best version of themselves. If God trusted you with a gift, then your responsibility is to sharpen it. If He gave you influence, your responsibility is to mature it. If He gave you an assignment, your responsibility is to exhaust every ounce of potential connected to it. That’s why we’re here. We’re here to think deeper. Lead stronger. Create better. Serve harder. Build longer. And become everything Heaven saw when it entrusted us with our assignment. I am deeply committed to this community because I believe greatness is still possible. I believe there are men and women who refuse to settle for average. People who are willing to do the difficult work of becoming.

“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Every sunrise is another reminder that the mercies of God are new every morning. Thank God for another opportunity to grow, to mature, to learn, and to become everything He has called us to be. It’s Monday, so let’s do our weekly check-in. One of the greatest marks of spiritual maturity is not just hearing God’s voice—it’s discerning the season you’re in. You can have the right word but apply it in the wrong season. Wisdom is knowing what God is doing right now. As we prepare to begin our Prophetic Science course, I want us to begin exercising our discernment.
