DEFINE YOUR PEOPLE! I want to hear from you in the comments!
If your ideal audience walked into a room, how would you recognize them One of the biggest mistakes creators, entrepreneurs, leaders, pastors, coaches, and communicators make is trying to speak to everyone. When you speak to everyone... You end up connecting with no one. The goal of the Find Your People Challenge is not just to discover your voice. It's to discover who your voice is for. So let's do a little audience audit. šŸ‘‡ In the comments, define your people. Who do you believe you're called to serve? Describe your destiny demographic as specifically as possible: • Age Range • Gender • Ethnicity • Educational Level • Profession • Interests • Personality Type • Life Stage • Values • Struggles • Aspirations • Spiritual Background What kind of people naturally resonate with your story, your gift, your experiences, your wisdom, and your perspective? Who are the people that need what you carry? Who do you feel responsible for? Who would benefit most if you showed up consistently? Remember: The clearer your people become... The clearer your content becomes. The clearer your content becomes... The easier it becomes to find your people. Let's get specific. Who's your tribe? šŸ‘‡ Drop your answer in the comments. #FindYourPeopleChallenge

When I was a UX researcher, this was called a negative persona. This was really helpful for companies to narrow down, as it saved them time and money by enabling strategic business/marketing decisions. They studied the ideal persona (target customer) and the negative persona (anti customer) looked at the gaps and differences to refine or adjust their language/approach. Businesses always felt like they had found their "Waldo" because they could identify the look-alikes and the complete opposites. Sometimes they would discover additional persona types in the process, such as a family customer and a single Gen Z.

Who do you believe you're called to serve? I have a special pull for women (the Hagars of today) that feel hopeless, homeless, disconnected or lost especially that are 1st through 3rd generations, navigating second/third cultures, grieving displacement, or cultural diaspora (ex: ā€œI’m not from here or thereā€) People processing/navigating migration trauma directly or generationally (exiled/asylum seeker/refugee/warcrimes/survivalmode/sacrifice) Also, youth that are creative and feel called to share light, healing, and love. For those that feel like outsiders, that are afraid to be themselves, hide behind labels or approval, and don’t know who they are. Describe your destiny demographic as specifically as possible: • Age Range: women- gen z - millennials , and youth alpha to gen z • Gender: Female (but I know I have impacted guys too) • Ethnicity - latino, pan-asian, caribbean, african, indigenous, multi-cultural (the diaspora of I’m neither that or this) & Jew • Educational Level - people that still feel like they’ve missed it/never arrived (even despite hard work, and accomplishment), their education was taken from them or never were able to afford it. Some are ashamed of their education and others feel like it was a waste (experience regret). • Profession - Creative roles, business, finance, administration, healthcare, Many that are…Stuck, in survivor mode, comfortable roles (beneath their calling & purpose, or just comfortable in their current role.) • Interests - film, music, food, art, family, real change, honor, show love, practice kindness, envision a better tomorrow or solutions,Ā some form of activism, outdoors, and community • Personality Type - reserved in some or most aspects, chooses growth, desires more in life, looks for creative outlets, attracted to creative processes and ingenuity, and are attracted to people that have words for what they are experiencing in life. • Life Stage - transitional, they want to make some changes in their life (big or small), they are searching, even if wounded.

It was a good and challenging week. Looking forward in resting in His presence today. Pray for discernment and courage for me. šŸ™šŸ¼ How can I pray for you?

AMEN. Thank you for that prayer - I receive it. Father, thank you for hearing the requests that have been lifted and even the ones that are unspoken. Thank you that you see them and that you go before her (Deuteronomy 31:8). Thank you for giving rest and revelation in this new season. I see you on your knees, praying with your hands lifted, and then something like a force field breaks forth (and it echoes out). Father, thank you for the breaking in the hidden moments, causing both a shift and a shield to break forth. Exposing the works of the enemy, breaking chains, releasing freedom, favor, strength, and delivering insight. You will start to see the fruits of your prayers - territorially. You will witness a transformation. Your prayers don't stay in your prayer closet. They go out, and they do what they were unctioned by the Holy Spirit to do. Keep lifting the people you continue to lift before the Lord. Keep petitioning. Father, thank you for the suddenly in her life. Let every door of favor that is for her, according to your will Lord, be opened. Grant her the connections, divine timing, aligned opportunities, and articulation in Jesus name. So she can spread out her creative wings and soar as an eagle. Thank you for the room that you have given her to move creatively, and the blessings that are attached to it. Like Paul, she will be content with little and a lot. (Phil 4: 11-13)
DIVERSIFY YOUR ADMINISTRATION
Good Day, Kingdom Lab. Today, I want to challenge you with a concept that has been transforming the way I think about calling, purpose, creativity, ministry, and business: Diversify Your Administration. Most people spend their lives trying to discover what God has called them to do. But once you discover your assignment, a new question emerges: How is that assignment supposed to be administered? Administration is the management, execution, distribution, organization, and expression of a thing. In Kingdom terms, your administration is the vehicle through which your assignment reaches people. Your assignment may be singular. Your administration may be plural. For example, I do not believe my assignment is simply to preach. Preaching is one administration. Books are another administration. Mentorship is another administration. Short films are another administration. Podcasts are another administration. One-man shows are another administration. Immersive experiences are another administration. Music is another administration. Teaching is another administration. All of these are different ways of expressing, carrying, distributing, and executing the same assignment. Many people become frustrated because they have confined their calling to a single form. They have reduced a movement to a meeting. Reduced a message to a microphone. Reduced a calling to a job title. Reduced an assignment to a Sunday service. But God is often far more creative than we are. The question is not merely: ā€œWhat am I called to do?ā€ The question is: ā€œWhat are all the ways my calling can be expressed?ā€ The assignment is the oil. The administration is the vessel. The greater your administration, the more places your oil can flow. SATURDAY CHALLENGE Take 20–30 minutes today and reflect on these questions: 1. What is the core assignment God has given me? 2. How am I currently administering that assignment? 3. What administrations have I neglected, ignored, or talked myself out of? 4. If money were not a limitation, what would I build to advance my assignment? 5. What would my ministry, business, movement, brand, or calling look like if resources were unlimited? 6. What books would I write? 7. What experiences would I create? 8. What businesses would I launch? 9. What films, podcasts, products, communities, schools, events, or platforms would I build? 10. What is one administration I can begin prototyping within the next 30 days?

CITY WIDE MEET UP?!?!
🚨 QUESTION FOR THE COMMUNITY 🚨 Who would be interested in helping me organize LIVE Kingdom Lab meetups in your city? I’ve been praying and thinking heavily about taking this mentorship experience beyond the screen and bringing it into real rooms, real atmospheres, real encounters, and real community. We have mentees all over: - different cities, - different states, - different backgrounds, - different industries, - different callings… …and I would love to begin building city-wide mentorship gatherings where we can: - teach, - coach, - activate, - impart, - network, - pray, - strategize, - create, - build community, - and grow together in person. I’m envisioning: - live coaching sessions, - Q&As, - intensive teachings, - activations, - leadership development, - creative workshops, - prophetic ministry, - business and branding conversations, - discipleship gatherings, - and real fellowship. Not just ā€œchurch services.ā€ More like apostolic mentorship hubs and Kingdom think tanks. The goal is to eventually create a mentorship tour where we hit different cities and build real relationships and ecosystems on the ground. So here’s the question: šŸ‘‡šŸ½ WHO WOULD WANT TO HELP ORGANIZE ONE IN YOUR CITY? This could include helping: - find locations, - coordinate people, - spread the word, - organize registrations/tickets, - connect us with venues, - help with setup, - help build momentum in your city. If this interests you, comment: 1. Your city/state 2. Whether you’d like to help organize 3. What skills/resources/connections you bring 4. What kind of meetup you’d love to experience I genuinely believe something powerful could come out of this. Kingdom Lab was never meant to stay digital only. Let’s build real Kingdom community in real cities. šŸŒšŸ”„

I would like to help organize - I live in Saint Louis, MO. @Bryan Meadows 1. I currently mentor/coach youth & creatives in media and production at Equation Church STL and in my own personal time. It’s something I truly enjoy doing. I’m in the process of launching a business just to help develop creatives and entrepreneurs. 2. I have a passion for the arts and prayer 3. I have connections with Equation Church ministry and many other creatives 4. People from other cultures and religions are drawn to me. I send most of my focus on the burden of how to creatively bridge the light of Christ to where they are at. 5. In Saint Louis, there is a lot of talent and hidden gems; many try to do it by themselves without community or authenticity. If they are believers, then they are rarely serving in ministry or using their talents for transactions.Ā  Many artists here low-ball themselves for pennies, or if they find success, you never hear from them. Want people to awaken in their purpose, not just their giftings, develop their voice, and align themselves to what God has called them to be.
EMBODY YOUR EVOLUTION
Some of you are frustrated because you keep asking yourself, ā€œWhat am I supposed to do with my life?ā€ But one of the greatest revelations I’ve ever had is this: Your assignment is not just something you do. Your assignment is someone you become. The burden of greatness is not just carrying vision. It’s carrying the responsibility of becoming the type of person that can sustain the vision God showed you. Some of you have dreams that are bigger than your current discipline. Bigger than your current confidence. Bigger than your current resources. And that can feel overwhelming. But purpose is not fulfilled in one giant moment. It’s fulfilled through daily embodiment. Every single day, you have to practice becoming. Practice showing up. Practice thinking bigger. Practice stewarding your mind. Practice creating. Practice praying. Practice building. Practice being consistent when nobody is clapping for you yet. The future version of you is not going to magically appear one day. You build them daily through intentional decisions. You don’t become extraordinary accidentally. You become extraordinary by repeatedly honoring what God placed inside of you. And hear me carefully: Potential means nothing if it never becomes practice. Some of you are carrying worlds inside of you. Books inside of you. Movements inside of you. Businesses inside of you. Solutions inside of you. Revelation inside of you. But you cannot keep romanticizing destiny while neglecting discipline. Your life changes the moment you stop asking, ā€œWhat do I feel inspired to do today?ā€ …and start asking, ā€œWho must I become to carry what I saw in prayer?ā€ This season is not just about achievement. It’s about embodiment. Become the person your future requires. One day at a time. And if you’re serious about becoming everything God called you to be, drop one thing in the comments you KNOW you need to become more consistent in.
