Tools for Scripture Interpretation
The Hebrew language of the Old Testament carries meaning in ways that are very different from modern English. Understanding even a basic working knowledge of the Hebrew alphabet and how the language functions can open up layers of meaning that aren’t always visible in translation. Always remember the Bible was written FOR us NOT TO us. Having this in the foremost of your mind while studying will help us to exegete the text correctly and less likely to error in our interpretation of Scripture.
