How do I reconnect with my teenage daughter, when emotions that I thought I had dealt with arise and I find myself really struggling to connect with her as I navigate my emotions

Hi everyone! I need help before starting my true walk with Jesus, I introduced my kids to "Santa Clause." Now that I've been called to walk in righteousness and holiness with my family, I realize I want my kids to know Santa is not real; so that they will also believe in God truthfully. I don't want to break their hearts; how can I explain to them in a way that they understand and I don't ruin their childhood?

Good morning family, I'm Melissa, and I'm happy to be among parents, to learn and share values. Although me and my hubby agreed we ain't making kids now until next year, I'd like to learn from parents from different countries and different perspectives. I have a few questions I'd like to ask . How did having kids change your marriage, for better or worse? What conversations should couples have before having kids? What helped you stay united as a couple while raising kids? In a marriage whereby I and my hubby are very busy with work and career, how do you raise kids properly with such a busy schedule?

Ladies, lately my children been using bad language. Me or their father Never used bad language not even before we started following Christ, but they do have family members that cuss like sailors and heard some words, they know they are bad but yet still says the words. I don’t know what to do or how to discipline.

How can i make my daughter understand that serious of listening the first time. She is very independent and loves to do things herself. However, she quickly finds out that listening to her mom was the best option the first time. This all steams from her having a bad relationship with an adult family memberbin the past who was very controlling, belittling and mean to her in the past. She has been removed from that environment since but she struggles with respect and listening because of this. I have been praying on it abs and i trust GOD to lead the way, i would like some strategies if possible because shes very string willed.
