I am currently sitting in a train to Myoko and wondering what you all do to keep your body moving well while you travel ?
Long flights, train rides, and sitting more than usual is a recipe for stiffness and discomfort. Who hasn’t had a neck, shoulder, hip or back issue at least once during their travels right?😢
This is where Pilates has saved my bacon on so many occasions! No equipment needed, and bringing the focus to strengthening throughout a range of motion, mobilising joints and regaining and maintaining postural strength and balance are just some of the reasons why I take pilates on tour when I do!
