First Sales

My book just went live and I am curious to know how long to expect before first sale? I know it looks like I am being impatient but I'm really not. I know the algorithm needs time to set up etc so was just curious without advertising when would that kick in and translate into sales? And yes I am going to advertise because I really don't think I'll sell any without it. But just wondering how long before the book is at least being placed in front of the right customers.
