WELCOME TO KAYZEN
Hope you're doing fantastic. We have 6 different classrooms that will help you towards your objective. After going through these, if necessary, we will offer further help in private. We are doing weekly meetings with all the members where we go through your questions and help you on your journey. When you entered, introduce yourself to the community and start with module 1. The Trojan Opener
You can't lead with a sales pitch anymore. Whatever wording you're using, people nowadays can spot a sales pitch from a mile away. We're going to use a trojan opener to get your prospects to reply to you. That's a message that doesn't trigger their sales alarm and has something to do with what their doing business wise. "Hey, quick question" or "hey, have a question for you" are the most common trojan openers in the book. Every one and their mom knows you'll send a sales pitch right after that message. We have to use new ones. A generic good one is "Yo bro", that one doesn't trigger the sales alarm of people. A better one to use is a question that has something to do with the service of your prospect. For example (coaches): "Hey Name, you also work remote?" (agencies): "Yo Name, you still running your XOFFER?" Let me know your trojan openers down bellow and I'll go over them.

How to over-deliver without doing anything extra
When something takes 10 days to deliver, most people say it will take only 1 week, to come over quicker and better. The opposite actually happens in the mind of the client . You will seem sloppy and unproffesional because. If you'd say it it will take 2 weeks, and you then finish it in 10 days, the client will love you way more. You mentally prepared them for something long, they accepted it, and then you finished it sooner, amazing. Now you're doing better then you promised them, while you're doing nothing differently. You just packaged yourself differently.

What to do when you don't know what to do
If you have no idea what type of inputs you should be doing, ask yourself this question: "How can I get my next/more appointments or sales?" Every input you do should be aimed towards getting more money, in business terminology, getting more appointments and sales. The first things that come to my mind are doing outreach, posting content, upgrading your offer, running ads... learning should be the last of these inputs. If you did everything you can think of you can do that day to get new customers, you can spend your time on learning. Action and experience are the 2 best teachers there are, better than any course or any guru going over a subject on youtube or in a book.
