I'm so excited to have you here as a member of my virtual community. As a queer fitness coach, providing for and helping others have always been at the forefront of how I operate, and this page is meant to be another resource for anyone to use at little to no cost. This is meant to bridge that gap and bring ALL of us together. Here you'll find yourself surrounded by other queer folks looking to improve themselves, and you'll be provided with tools (by me) to help you achieve that. I am open to starting new discussion rooms if there is interest in a certain topic; I love to have places to discuss a niche/nerdy interest! Resources found here include but aren't limited to: -Queer History + Community Discussion of different aspects of the history of queerness, identity, and gender. Queer history tidbits and queer icon spotlights! -Fitness + Exercise I post full workouts, examples of common movements and form cues, modifications, and discussion boards surrounding exercise and healthy habits. Monthly workout challenges with prizes! -Wellness + Behavior Improvement Habit building/breaking discussions, scientifically proven tactics that you can implement to improve your own habits, and wellness challenges with prizes! This platform only works if people PARTICIPATE so please take a moment to introduce yourself in a post; let me know what brought you to PIVOT and tell us your favorite road trip snack! I'm glad you're here🖤

Topics + Suggestions
Hey y’all! I’m looking forward to expanding this thread of our community page! I need your help in doing so. Queer history is a BROAD subject, and I want to make sure I cover topics that will actually spark interest or discussion. If you have a specific topic/person/event you’d like me to share info about, drop it in the comments

Welcome New Members! :)
Our community here has grown a bit since last week, I’m so excited to see new faces! Thank you all for being here. I’ve been noticing a lack of group participation, and I want this to be a space for discussion and interaction; not just another spot to scroll. If you're feeling up to it, introduce yourself in the comments and tell us what your favorite breakfast food is! Mine is a breakfast sandwich (any variation, has to have bacon)

1 week until Habit Lab!
Happy Monday everyone! I've got some queer history coming your way this week, and I wanted to remind you to claim your spot for Habit Lab if you haven't already! I know how burnt out I got trying to rely on 'discipline' and 'willpower' alone when setting goals; it isn't sustainable. I'm so excited to share my knowledge and help others develop systems that are conducive to their desired habits. No matter what your goals are, this Habit Lab will help you achieve them. If you still need to sign up, be sure to navigate to the classroom tab to claim your spot!

Habit Lab is now OPEN!
It's almost here! We have exactly 10 days until Habit Lab begins; 50 committed individuals will be joining me in a 45 day habit audit. We will be identifying and classifying existing behaviors, removing barriers to desired outcomes, and building habits that last. Here is the 45/45/50 Protocol: - 45 Days: The exact window needed to move past mental friction and make a habit automatic. - $45: Exactly $1 a day to completely rewrite your daily operating system. - 50 Spots: I am capping this at 50 participants so we can actually keep each other accountable in a tight-knit room without anyone slipping through the cracks. Inside the Lab, we will execute three phases: 1. Days 1–15 (Friction Analysis): Map your triggers and make bad habits lose their steam. 2. Days 16–30 (Compound Process): Master Habit Stacking and standardizing before optimizing. 3. Days 31–45 (System Lock): Install the "Never Miss Twice" rule to foolproof your consistency. If you are ready to stop fighting your environment and start designing it... The doors are open. But once the 50th scientist claims their spot, the Lab closes. Find it under the "Classroom" tab.
