I just downloaded everything, but im confused on how I can use it, I set it all up but then it looks like I need to pay money for a Claude AI Keys or something and im not sure, ChatGPT says that it won't work without a Key, meaning its not free? or is ChatGPT wrong?

The files are in the Classroom. Download them, open the project folder in Claude Code and run this to get started: /setup That kicks off the onboarding flow and walks you through everything. First time setup checklist: 🐍 Make sure you’re on Python 3.10 or later 🎙️ Have your Anthropic API key ready 🔊 Have your ElevenLabs API key ready. The current British voice works on the free tier. Once you’re up and running: Double-snap near your mic to wake Jarvis up. That’s it. He’ll handle the rest. Full setup guides for both Mac and Windows are inside the project folder under /reference if you get stuck. Drop any questions below and I’ll help you sort it out. 👇🤖

Hey everyone — thanks for your patience, especially those who purchased the premium course or signed up for a monthly membership. I've been working through some challenges with the video production length. I've updated the course with a full written walkthrough covering every step to get Jarvis installed and running. Video content for the customization modules — window layouts, commands, and more — is still on the way. I wanted to get these guides out first so nobody is blocked on setup. As always, feel free to DM me if you run into anything along the way. I've also added a second module in the premium course showing you how to setup the background visualizer including the files you need. I'll also share it with the public members as well. Currently, I have it working on Windows but I'm unable to figure out an application that will work with macOS. Perhaps we can have the community look into this together as we build on it.

Downloaded the setup and it was surprisingly easy to get started with already playing around with customisations to enable it to read calendar, reminders and notion. I did love the visualisation though which I have yet to figure out how to do along window arrangements To start it up I am playing around with various ways to have it running in the background so that I can kick start it with double tapping options key on Mac ideally have listening mode on if feasible so I can just say Jarvis when I wake up to run morning protocol. Any thoughts or suggestions on how y'all are tackling this?
