The files are in the Classroom. Download them, open the project folder in Claude Code and run this to get started: /setup That kicks off the onboarding flow and walks you through everything. First time setup checklist: 🐍 Make sure you’re on Python 3.10 or later 🎙️ Have your Anthropic API key ready 🔊 Have your ElevenLabs API key ready. The current British voice works on the free tier. Once you’re up and running: Double-snap near your mic to wake Jarvis up. That’s it. He’ll handle the rest. just watched this and its actually really good
20 ai services with the build price and the monthly on every single one. no fluff, no 30 minute intro, he just goes through them. the part that got me is how much of it is boring stuff. review generation, booking confirmations, invoice generators. 1.5 to 3k to build and 200 to 600 a month each, one or two days of work. everyone is fighting over chatbots and receptionists while that sits there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEwjYCN8dGg im in his skool community too and honestly its great, ive learnt a lot in there. free if anyone wants it https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai

which of these would you actually start with
been going through a list of 20 ai services with the build price and monthly on each, and the ones that look easiest to sell are the least interesting to build. missed call text back, review generation, booking confirmations. cheap, fast, obvious roi. the ones that pay the most are the ops ones. sop knowledge bot at 5 to 10k, cold call voice agent at 5 to 12k, but theyre a week of work and a harder sell. if you were starting again would you go cheap and fast or straight for the big builds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEwjYCN8dGg
