Support Tools Inside Your Journey
If you’ve been feeling that nudge to speak up, take a breath, or finally stop carrying everyone else’s emotions…I’ve added a few companions to help you stay connected to you. You don’t have to figure this out alone. You get to practice here — safely, quietly, and at your own pace. ✨ Gutsy Gertie — Your Boundary Buddy For the moments you want to say what you really mean but the words get stuck. She helps you explore your voice, practice boundary language, and see where you’ve been shrinking. You'll find her inside Journey Tools in the Classroom. ✨ Northstar Noelle — Your Inner Compass When you feel disconnected or unsure, Noelle helps you slow down and hear yourself again. Soft, steady, and grounding. She’s also inside Journey Tools in the Classroom. ✨ Gritty Grace — Your Deep-Dive Guide Grace supports the work beneath the surface — the patterns, the triggers, the places you’ve been abandoning your own truth. Her link stays inside this community only, and she has her own classroom here in Skool. A Quick Note All three companions require a free ChatGPT account to use. Click, sign in, and talk to them the way you’d text a trusted friend. Use them whenever you need support — late-night moments, confusing conversations, or any time you feel the old people-pleaser rising. Your voice is returning. You're coming back to yourself.

💭 Journal Prompt: Embracing the Power of No 💭
There is a new podcast episode dropping on Sunday. It's all about why we continue to say yes to things that drain us. In preparation for listening - or after you listen, here are some journal prompts for you... Take a moment to reflect and write: 1. What’s one thing you’ve said yes to recently that didn’t feel aligned with your goals or values? 2. How did saying yes impact your energy, emotions, or priorities? 3. If you could go back, how would you say no in a way that feels empowering and true to yourself? 4. Moving forward, what boundaries can you set to protect your time and energy? End your journaling with this affirmation: “Every no I give creates space for a yes that aligns with my true path.” I'd love for you to share your insights or takeaways in the comments.
