Problem with a customer, needing advice
Ok, I have a problem and I'm hoping you guys may be able to offer some advice. I have a customer on WhatNot that has sent messages saying she has an "incomplete order" and wants to know why I am taking so long. Her last order was delivered and she left me a rating.
I responded with screenshots showing delivery and she never responded.
She then proceeded to come to two of my shows last week and but alot of items... today she messaged again saying, "Just have not received, still in red."
Yall! I don't even know what that means!
Do I block her? I get a bad gut feeling about this
