Day 2 motion done!
Day 2 motion done! Still need to get in cardo, but eating well. Had steak in steam broccoli for lunch & lemon water and my protein shake for breakfast. Tonight will be a challenge.Because my dad wants to go for sixty cent wings, that's kind of our tradition.... i think I'll take a big bag of celery and just eat five wings there....
