This week I have been toying around with my stride. I normally stride slightly closed. I was working on forcing it to be completely straight. That's when I came to the realization that it's not necessarily the stride that I need to fix but my posture. I was striding and just rotating basically cutting off the outside fastball. I could only pull baseballs. But, when I worked on creating a solid base and level posture I was able to let the ball get deep and hit it the other way.
