Today is the safety briefing for Cowork, Chat, and Code. This is the most powerful tool you've ever used and it is actually working in real life, building real deliverables. That means we need to talk about how to operate it safely.

✅ Rule 1: Allow Once. Your default for the first 30 days.

🔁 Rule 2: Always Allow. Only for routines you've watched run cleanly more than once.

🛑 Rule 3: Needs Approval. Forever. For anything that deletes, sends, posts, or moves something with your name on it.

🧠 The reframe: permissions aren't friction, they're a trust curve. Claude is learning how you work and you're learning how it works.

🎯 The bottom line: read what it's asking you to do.

Your Day 8 Assignment: Open Cowork and ask it to list the files in a specific folder on your desktop. That's it. Watch what happens when the permission popup appears. Read it out loud before you click. Apply the right rule.
