Some of y’all act like Friday is a reset button for bad decisions. “All-or-nothing” all week… Then Friday hits and it’s: • F it. • I’ll start over Monday. • I’ll just undo 4 days of work in 36 hours. Stop. You don’t need another Monday. You need discipline on a Friday night. Winning this weekend looks like: • Training even when you don’t feel like it • Eating like someone who actually wants abs • Drinking water before you grab a drink • Not disappearing because the vibes got loud You say you want to look good naked. Cool. Then move like someone who wants it. Pressure builds diamonds. Comfort builds excuses. Who’s staying locked in this weekend? Drop “LOCKED” if you’re not restarting Monday.

But I still showed up. That’s the win.
