Mercury requirements
Good ay James,
In one of your last videos youve mentioned that due to latest requirements from Mercury to sign W8BEN it is recommended to go from a single to a multi member LLC. Is this transition have to be done before signing or can be filed in during tax filing times? What I am saying is sign the form with Mercury now so I can continue operate the account and when filing taxes make the switch to multi member. Also Mercury is asking mow for my personal address otherwise they will close an. account.
And the last q if I dont do the switch to multi member after signing a Mercury forms and file taxes as a single member what it may lead to?
