Looking for legit options for a US physical address + proof of address (budget ranges)

I am looking for legitimate ways to obtain a US physical address that I can actually use for compliance purposes (KYC/AML), ideally with acceptable proof of address where possible.

Context: I already have my ITIN. The goal is to open US bank accounts with a reliable address, and later be able to apply for a (secured or unsecured) credit card and other US services that typically require a US address and address verification.
