Bank account for LLC (I can't open neither mercury nor relay)

Hello, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and have a WY LLC. Which bank can I open online that still offers debit cards?

1. Mercury (they ban owners who live in Bosnia)

2. Relay (same as mercury)

3. Wise (they do not offer cards for US companies)

4. Highbeam (I don't do ecommerce)
