You do it together. Then you come back here and tell us how it went. The format is simple: 5 minutes to check in, 10 minutes on that week's prompt, 10 minutes to pick one action item, and 5 minutes to set a goal for next week. Ground rules: Use "we" not "you." No bringing up past mistakes. If it gets tense, say "same team." Celebrate the small stuff. Your first step: Head to the Classroom tab and go through "Start Here."
