Welcome — Maker, Introduce Yourselves
I’m usually more of a grumpy craftsman than a cheerful social media manager, but I wanted to create a space specifically for discussion around things I care about — LARP scenography and production design within the live environment.
Over the years, moving between different associations, I’ve discovered that there are far more craftsmen and passionate builders in LARP than people might imagine. This space is for them too.
My hope is that this becomes a place where people who enjoy sharing experiences and exchanging ideas can find some meaningful conversation.
So this thread is for introductions. Say whatever you like (within reason 😄).
I’ll start.
I’m Marcello, usually called Mars. I’ve been doing LARP for about nine years and have worked as a prop maker, SFX makeup artist, and set dresser in film industry.
I tend to take a lot of notes about my work because my memory is terrible, and for a while I’ve wanted to turn those notes into something readable.
So… here we are.
