Clarity now prevents confusion later. 🏀 OFFICIAL TRAINING STRUCTURE 👟 Girls Boot Camp – Coach Tivona 🗓 Tuesday & Thursday ⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM 🏀 4th–5th Grade 🗓 Tuesday & Thursday ⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM 🏀 6th–7th Grade – Coach Tony 🗓 Tuesday & Thursday ⏰ 7:15 PM – 8:30 PM 🏀 7th–8th Grade – Coach Cliff & Coach LJ 🗓 Monday & Wednesday ⏰ 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM (Older group begins half-court work at 7:00 PM) 📲 COMMUNICATION UPDATE We are moving all communication to GroupMe. - You will receive a message today with the link to join. - All schedule updates, reminders, and announcements will be posted there. - Please join as soon as you receive the invite. 👕 UNIFORMS Once groups are finalized, we will need uniform sizes ASAP so we can move forward with ordering. 🏀 IVG Parent Alignment Workshop Clarity Creates Confidence. Alignment Builds Champions. 🎯 Purpose Alignment between parents, coaches, and players so development accelerates — on and off the court. We are building young people, not just organizing games. 1️⃣ Practice Structure 🗓 Weekly Schedule 4th–6th Grade – Tues/Thurs (6:00–7:15 PM) 7th–8th Grade – Tues/Thurs (7:00–8:15/8:30 PM) ⏰ Arrival Standard • 15 minutes early • Mentally and physically ready • Early = On Time 🏀 Sunday Clinics • Skill-focused • Coach’s discretion • Optional but encouraged 2️⃣ Game & Tournament Structure 📍 Locations • Rock Quarry Road (Primary) • Lowes Grove (Overflow) 📅 Scheduling • Brackets may shift • Times may change • Stay responsive to updates ⏰ Game Day Standard • Arrive early • Full warm-up required • No rushing Preparation impacts performance. 3️⃣ Uniforms • Parents responsible for care • $50 replacement fee • Represents the brand & culture 4️⃣ Communication Protocol 📲 GroupMe = Official Platform Used for: • Practice updates • Game times • Gym changes • Weather alerts Parents must: • Keep notifications on • Stay responsive 5️⃣ Conflict Resolution Step 1 — 24-Hour Rule Wait before addressing post-game concerns. Step 2 — Speak With Coach Solution-focused conversation. Step 3 — Contact Coach Kevin Scheduled through community platform if unresolved. No parking lot conversations. 6️⃣ Parent Expectations • No yelling at refs, coaches, or players • Positive encouragement only • Respect is non-negotiable Development over drama. 7️⃣ Player Standards Players must: • Give full effort • Be coachable • Show respect • Accept accountability Playing time is earned — not given. 8️⃣ Payments • Must remain current • 5-day grace period • Late payments risk removal Commitment must be mutual. 🧠 Final Alignment ✔ Support effort ✔ Trust coaching ✔ Maintain discipline ✔ Communicate clearly Basketball is the vehicle.
