Breath Work
In our VIP Spiritual Guidance Group, we've been touching on a vast amount of knowledge. In amongst it all is knowing how to connect it all together through the breath. Kuthumi shared the 'Comma Breath' as he calls it a few years ago, and since then, has found various links in YouTube that may help all of us. So I am sharing that here.
Obviously, it is wisest to take what feels best for you and not push yourself beyond your limits.
