Hi everyone, I am doing a 7 day challenge in another group, where I am learning to make my community better. Soooooo... Vulnerability exposure here.... I would like to ask you a serious question (or two) - there is no 'right' or 'wrong' answer. 1. If you invited a friend to this community, and they joined, what would you tell them to do first? 2. If you had a friend interested and didn't invite them, why? What would be the main point stopping you? If you could reply to this post, I would be grateful.. These answers will help me learn and make changes to improve it...

I’m thinking, just maybe, ALL health protocols (both natural and pharmaceutical) we know of now are becoming (or are already) obsolete as we receive our DNA upgrades from the high frequencies upon our planetary system. Being a naturopath, I am looking at my knowledge base and toolkit, wondering if it is even relevant for today's new human that is evolving rapidly. Love to hear your thoughts on this, anyone who is interested in healthcare etc?
