Hey everyone, welcome to the Iron Refuge Collective! We're so excited to have you here. This community is all about helping you take control of health and wellness by teaching you different habits and ways to improve fitness and nutrition. πππ₯π'π¦ πͺπππ§ π¬π’π¨ π‘πππ π§π’ ππ‘π’πͺ: 1. The Goal Our goal is simple β to help busy adults take control of their fitness and nutrition by teaching methods to get jacked and eat healthier 2. The Community - This is a space for like-minded people to connect, share ideas, and support each other. Stay active and engage! 3. The Classroom - Find valuable resources and lessons inside the classroom to help you take action and start seeing results. We offer courses that range from "how to count calories" - to more advanced techniques that can help you grow more muscle. 4. The Calendar - We host weekly Q&As to help answer any specific fitness questions you may have! (ROADMAP)---------------------------- - As of 5/21/2025 The Iron Refuge Collective is still in a growth state and will continue to undergo changes. Below are some things you can expect to see in the coming weeks/months. WORKOUT PROGRAMS: - -Downloadable PDFs for all workout programs - -At least one alternative exercise for every movement in the core of a workout program - -Instructional videos for how to do every exercise - -Instructional videos for each program explaining how to use all of them - -Intensity techniques to be applied on the final set of certain exercises within each program CALENDAR: - Weekly Q&A's with me so everyone will have an opportunity to ask questions regarding their own fitness journey, or alternatively learn from other people's questions - Monthly webinar where myself or another coach will teach about a specific fitness or nutrition topic. (This will likely be farther off in the future than everything else on these lists) CHALLENGES: - Multiple times a year in this group we will host challenges which will have prizes for the winners. For example we will have weight loss challenges where the person who loses the most weight in a set period of time will be awarded a prize of some sort. (The details of how these will work are still being workshopped so the previous example may not be something that actually happens)
