Anyone had a good experience with GOAT Funded Futures customer services?. I purchased 2 accounts in June 18, 2026, but I couldn't trade, had emergency, went overseas. Just came back less than 3 weeks and my accounts are closed/expired due to inactivity. No phone number to contact, live chart not enabled even if it says 24/7. Sent several emails no response yet.

I was paper trading this morning because Tradingview was lagging a lot on opening and closing trades. it took over 20 seconds to close a trade that was at +250 and by the time it closed was -168. I am using the desktop app on a windows machine. (ugh) I prefer Mac but not sure...Even the browser app was lagging a lot. Any ideas? Anyone else having these issues this morning? Hesitant to try my challenge account now.

When I’m not watching videos I’ll hop on the charts and practice what I’ve learned so far. I have a question about the Superman entry. On the 1 hour trend the price never returned to the zone, but on the 5 minute trend it did go into the zone. Based on the criteria for Superman entry if I would have taken the trade on the 5 minute chart it would have been a winning trade. Do I take Superman entries if price returns on the 5 minute chart but not the 1 hour chart?

I just lost 9 funded accounts because of the Algo on Apex, one of which I was going to request a payout on today. I knew it was a risk but was assured that the way the trades were made it would not create issues with Apex. Essentially they couldn't tell it was an algo. That was incorrect.
