⚜️Welcome to Day 16 of the ✨Identity Alchemy Challenge!🔥 You have spent two weeks building awareness and defining who you are choosing to be. Now the work shifts. And the next move is not adding anything new, it is letting go of what no longer belongs. 📖 Core Teaching Day 16: Removing a habit is not an act of discipline. At this point it is an act of clarity. Most people try to stop habits through willpower. Through resolve that fluctuates, motivation that runs out, timers and tricks to outsmart their own brain. And it works... until it doesn't. Because willpower is fighting the identity that built the habit in the first place. Identity-based elimination works differently. You do not stop the habit because you are trying to be better. You stop it because it no longer belongs to who you are. When your values are clear and your identity is defined, the old behavior starts to feel misaligned. Not just intellectually, but physically. Your nervous system starts registering it as off frequency. And slowly, without forcing it, those things stop showing up in your reality because you stopped being the person who needed them. This is why you may have already noticed things dropping away naturally over the last two weeks. Habits you were gripping tightly before suddenly feel less necessary. Patterns you thought were permanent are loosening. That is not coincidence. That is the identity shift working beneath the surface. But there are still things you are carrying that belong to the old version of you. Things you do out of survival, out of pressure, out of the need to stay activated because stillness feels unsafe. Overworking. Over-consuming. Over-committing. Filling every slot with tasks because an empty slot feels like failure. Today we name those things. Go into your planner and look at everything you have been loading into your days. Brain dump it all. And then go back through and ask honestly, does this need to be here? Does this belong to who I am becoming? Or is this just the old identity keeping itself busy so it feels safe?

Identity Alchemy Study: The Importance of The Pause...
Welcome to the importance of the pause... I've been talking about this concept inside the Identity Alchemy Challenge for a few days now and how crucial it is to your success. The pause is the space between what happens and how you respond. One second. Five minutes. 24 hours. However long the moment requires. And in that space lives the entire difference between who you have been and who you are choosing to become. Your brain is wired for speed. It defaults to the fastest, most familiar route every single time because that is how it conserves energy. That familiar route is your old identity. Running on autopilot. Answering on your behalf before you have even had a chance to weigh in. The pause interrupts that. Even one breath changes your neurological state enough to access something different. A different response. A different choice. A different person showing up. But it has to be practiced in the quiet moments first. Not in the middle of conflict. Not when you are exhausted or activated or already spinning. In the neutral moments when everything is calm and the stakes are low, that is where you build the muscle. So that when the storm hits, the pause is already there waiting. Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. This is why the pause is not just a tool. It is an identity signal. Every time you pause instead of react you are telling your nervous system we are safe enough to choose. We do not move from urgency here. And that signal, repeated daily, is what your new identity is built on. Go back into your tracker this week. Look at where the old identity has been showing up most. Those are the exact moments to bring the pause. Not to force a different reaction, just to create enough space for your new identity to have a say. That is the work this week. Not more habits. OMG.....I was reacting as my old self and just when I was about to have a word vomit moment I felt as if everything stopped this brief distraction was enough for me to catch myself, pause and respond differently

⚜️Welcome to Day 15 of the ✨Identity Alchemy Challenge!🔥 Every behavior you practice today is sending a signal to your nervous system about who you are. Not who you want to be. Who you are right now, in this moment, based on what you are actually doing. That is what this week is about. 📖 Core Teaching Day 15: Your nervous system is always listening. Always updating. And it does not care about your intentions, it responds to your actions. When you make your bed, you signal: I am someone who maintains order and shows up with self-respect. When you skip your evening ritual and reach for your phone, you signal: stimulation matters more than rest. When you say you will do something and do not follow through, you signal: I cannot trust myself. And your nervous system adjusts its baseline accordingly. Every. Single. Time. This is why small behaviors matter disproportionately. They are not just actions. They are votes. Every deliberate choice you make as your new identity is your hand going up and saying, "this is who we are now." And the more votes that stack, the more your nervous system recalibrates toward that new baseline. You do not need to do everything perfectly. You need to do things intentionally. As slowly and as mindfully as possible. Because that deliberate pace is a signal in itself. That you are no longer operating on autopilot, no longer defaulting to the old program just because it is familiar and fast. Look at your tracker from the last two weeks. Where have you been showing up? Where have you not? Those patterns are not judgments, they are data. They show you exactly which signals you have been sending and which ones need to change. That is your roadmap for this week. And when you catch yourself defaulting, do not spiral. Just notice, come back to the present moment, and try again. The returning is the work. Every time you correct yourself you are signaling: we do not stay stuck here. We keep choosing differently. This week that signal compounds into something new.

I'm fully committed to my morning and evening rituals these are my non negotiable. This is a very challenging time for me and my family as I'm in the middle of separation. I will defintiely say that this program has helped me greatly. I have gain so much clairty, learned to set boundaries and protect my energy. I am doing the work and I am showing up🙏

⚜️Welcome to Day 14 of the ✨Identity Alchemy Challenge!🔥 Halfway. You made it. Take a moment and actually let that land. Fourteen days of showing up, reading your declaration, logging your data, noticing your patterns, making different choices. That is not nothing. That is the work and it is working. 📖 Core Teaching Day 14: Your declaration is no longer a first draft. When you wrote it at the start of this challenge it was an intention. A direction. A statement of who you wanted to operate as. But fourteen days have passed since then. Fourteen days of real life testing it, under pressure, in your relationships, in your routines, in your quiet moments and your triggered ones. So today the question is not whether your declaration is a good one. The question is whether it has become true. Not aspirationally true. ACTUALLY true. Does it feel like a description of who you have been showing up as over these last two weeks — or does it still feel like someone you are on your way to becoming? Both are valid. But they require different things from you right now. If it feels true, deepen it. Add specificity. Let the language become more precise now that you have evidence. You are not just declaring an intention anymore. You are describing behavior you have actually practiced. Make it reflect that. If parts of it still feel like a stretch, do not lower the bar. Instead look at what the last fourteen days have shown you. Where have you tried? Where have you corrected yourself? Where have you chosen differently even when it was hard? That evidence matters. You are not failing to become this person. You are in the process of becoming them. The declaration should honor both where you are and where you are choosing to go. And here is something worth sitting with today: the old identity you are integrating is not your enemy. It shaped you. It carried you through seasons that required survival, endurance, and resilience. You are not trying to get rid of that person. You are taking everything that served you, the strength, the discipline, the resourcefulness, and letting it belong to this new version of you. Integration, not elimination. That is the alchemy.
