This is the Identity Alchemy Energy Management Tracker: a tool you can use to map your energy across the day, track your patterns over a 7 day period, and design your days around how you actually operate instead of how you think you should operate.
Your energy is valuable and powerful data. Every crash, every peak, every moment you ran on empty and defaulted to old patterns, that is your nervous system telling you something. This tracker makes that visible so you can work with it instead of against it.
Here is what it does:
Overview: a quick walkthrough of how to use the tracker and what each section is for
🗺️Today's map: slide through each block of your day and rate your energy honestly, not what you planned, what you actually felt. Add notes about what was happening.
📅Weekly patterns: once you have a few days logged, this shows you the shape of your week. Click on any day to see the full detail of what you noted.
✏️Design your day: once you can see your patterns, assign your tasks to the right energy zones and make commitments your new identity can actually keep.
This works on any device and your data follows you. Log in with your email and your information is there whether you are on your phone or your laptop.
