- Which chakra is asking for my attention right now?
🌀 You might feel tightness in the throat (Throat Chakra), heaviness in the belly (Solar Plexus), or even buzzing in your crown (Crown Chakra).
Trust what your body tells you. it always knows, this is how we engage our intuition and learn to develop body awareness, the foundation of all spiritual, mental, and physical work.
