As we begin this month's theme about chakra recalibration & multi dimensional integration, I think first it would be helpful to breakdown each chakra simply so you have some foundational knowledge. I will be releasing recorded trainings and course content that will go in further in depth.

I am so excited for this month as we learn to balance our energy through our chakras and activate healing/light codes in the fabric of the quantum realm all connected to your energy centers!

ANYWAY!! Let's get this party started!! I've also included some BONUS chakras for you that not many people are aware of! Refer back this as often as necessary. It will give you an easy resource to inform you of chakras and their meaning.

Your body holds so much wisdom and access to multiple dimensions. The chakra system is the energetic architecture of your being, designed to hold the frequencies of your soul across time, space, and form.

Each chakra is not only a center of consciousness but also a portal through which you access different layers of reality; physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, galactic, and beyond.

When we speak of “recalibrating your chakra grid,” we’re not just talking about balancing individual chakras, we’re aligning the entire system to hold more of your truth, your light, and your multidimensional presence WITH your energy centers perfectly balanced and what to do when they become imbalanced and the signs and symptoms to be aware of.

This process allows you to anchor more of your higher self into your body and live from your soul, not just your survival patterns ie: energetic blockages.

The traditional 7 chakras are only the beginning. As your consciousness expands, so does your energetic grid. You begin to activate higher chakras like the Soul Star, Galactic, and Universal chakras.

These are gateways that connect you to star lineages, soul guides, soul contracts, and universal intelligence. This is where embodiment meets ascension.

Location: Base of the spine (tailbone)

Purpose: Grounding, safety, stability

Energy: Survival instincts, physical identity

Imbalances: Fear, insecurity, financial stress, feeling ungrounded
