GLOW UP CHALLENGE DAY 27: WHO YOU’RE LEAVING BEHIND✨
Congratulations everyone!!! This is the last active day of the challenge!! I'm so proud of the work you've done throughout this 4 week challenge. It's not easy to do identity work and you've gone through a complete transformation. But this is just the start! Not the end of growth. But the end of the old version of you that showed up at the beginning of this challenge. Over the last four weeks, something has shifted... The old identity hasn’t disappeared overnight. But it has lost authority. It doesn’t lead your decisions the way it used to. It doesn’t react as quickly. It doesn’t define you the same way. You are not abandoning who you were. You are outgrowing the version of you that was built on... • Overcompensation • Survival pressure • External validation • Urgency • Emotional reactivity • Self-doubt disguised as caution That version served you. But it doesn’t get to lead anymore. ✨ Your reflection for today Ask yourself: - What patterns no longer feel convincing? - What reactions feel outdated? - Where have I stopped negotiating with myself? - What feels normal now that once felt hard? You don’t need a dramatic goodbye. Growth at this level is quiet. The old identity doesn’t explode. It simply loses influence. Tomorrow is the final day of the challenge and the start of your new identity!! I can't wait to celebrate your massive achievement! xoxo Holly
GLOW UP CHALLENGE DAY 26: MAINTAINING ALIGNMENT
By now, alignment shouldn’t feel dramatic. It should feel normal. Integrated into your nervous system as your main operating system. Maintaining this alignment is not about forcing. It’s about noticing when you drift and correcting without spiraling. Return to your baseline as soon as possible. This should be easy by now, but keep in mind, the longer you wait to return back to this new normal, the higher the risk of regression. Old identity required effort to sustain change. New identity requires awareness and intention to sustain direction. There’s a difference. You’re not monitoring yourself constantly, it's more about observing and noticing resistance or small shifts that need adjustment. You’’re not aiming for perfect behavior. You’re simply returning to your new baseline faster. That’s stabilization. If you get reactive, you recover quicker. If you slip into old patterns, you notice sooner. If something feels off, you adjust without making it mean something about you. That’s what integration looks like. Reflection for today: - How quickly do I return to center now? - What feels automatic that used to require effort? - Where has the old identity lost influence? Tomorrow we’ll look at who you’re no longer carrying forward as you emerge from your old self.
GLOW CHALLENGE DAY 25: SELF-LEADERSHIP ✨
At this point in the journey, you don’t need more inspiration. You need ownership. Self-leadership is the moment identity becomes self-directed instead of externally reinforced. Earlier in the process, alignment may have felt intentional. You were practicing. Observing. Choosing consciously. Now something quieter is happening... You don’t need constant reminders to return to yourself. You just… do. This is PROFOUND and says a lot about our ability to rapidly transform. Self-leadership means: • You don’t wait for the perfect mood to act aligned • You don’t collapse when no one is watching • You don’t outsource your stability to circumstances • You take responsibility for your internal state without self-judgment It’s not about control. You are no longer reacting to life as it happens. You are leading yourself through it. ✨ What this looks like internally Identity feels lived-in and confidence feels grounded, not performative. Alignment feels like a baseline that you return to again and again to stabilize your new identity. You may notice that you don’t need to “try” to be who you’ve been practicing. You simply respond from that place. ✨ Your Day 25 is about refinement Ask yourself: Where am I still waiting for permission? Where can I quietly choose alignment without external validation? What does leading myself look like in one small decision today? Self-leadership is subtle. It’s not dramatic. It’s consistent and grounded. Tomorrow we explore Maintaining Alignment, not through effort, but through coherence. You are not maintaining a new identity anymore. You are living it.
GLOW UP CHALLENGE DAY 21: IDENTITY INTEGRATION REVIEW ✨
Today is the day we reflect and review the progress you've made during this challenge as we complete week three's identity embodiment and move into the final week; identity stabilization to ensure you move forward fully integrated. Today is about noticing what has already changed. Over the past week, identity has moved from understanding into lived experience. You explored: • Identity signals • Releasing habits that no longer align • Reinforcing who you are becoming • Energy management • Boundaries as identity • Self-care as self-respect These shifts may feel quiet. But quiet shifts are often the most sustainable. Identity integration happens when behaviors begin aligning without constant effort. You may notice: • Responses feel calmer or more intentional • Certain patterns feel less natural than before • Consistency feels easier, even in small ways • Self-trust beginning to strengthen Sometimes the biggest change is simply feeling like you are moving through life differently without forcing it. ✨ Your Day 21 reflection Answer the following in the comments below so we can celebrate your hard work and support your continued progress! • What feels different now compared to two weeks ago? • Where have small choices started feeling more natural? • What no longer feels aligned the way it used to? There is no need to measure progress or analyze deeply. Just recognize what is already integrating. ✨ What’s happening internally Behavior has shifted quietly. Identity is becoming embodied. Self-trust is increasing. This is where many people begin saying, “I’m just moving differently.” Tomorrow we begin the next and final phase... together!
GLOW UP CHALLENGE DAY 23: NEW IDENTITY UNDER STRESS ✨
Earlier in the challenge, you observed how identity showed up during stress. Today, we revisit this from a different place to notice what has changed since the start of this challenge. Stress doesn’t disappear when identity stabilizes... what changes is how you move through it. Old identity often reacts automatically: • Urgency takes over • Old roles activate • Self-pressure increases • Reaction feels faster than awareness Stabilized identity creates space. You'll notice your ability to take a small pause between stimulus and response. You may notice: • You recover faster after stress • You observe reactions instead of becoming them • Certain patterns feel less automatic • You respond more intentionally, even if only slightly These shifts are signs of integration. ✨ Why this matters Identity stabilization means stress no longer fully defines your behavior. The new identity doesn’t avoid stress. It stays coherent within it. It allows your nervous system expand to handle stress loads better than the old version of yourself would. Think of it like a workout, over time your become stronger and better able to handle stress. This is called "good stress." ✨ Your Day 23 practice Today, when stress appears, gently ask: • Who am I becoming in this moment? • What response feels aligned instead of automatic? • Can I stay present without forcing control? You are not trying to perform differently. Just notice where stabilization is already happening. ✨ What’s happening internally Identity feels more familiar and the nervous system remains steadier under pressure. Confidence begins feeling quiet and grounded. Tomorrow we explore Identity During Disruption, where alignment holds even when plans change.
