GLOW UP CHALLENGE DAY 26: MAINTAINING ALIGNMENT
By now, alignment shouldn’t feel dramatic. It should feel normal. Integrated into your nervous system as your main operating system. Maintaining this alignment is not about forcing. It’s about noticing when you drift and correcting without spiraling. Return to your baseline as soon as possible. This should be easy by now, but keep in mind, the longer you wait to return back to this new normal, the higher the risk of regression. Old identity required effort to sustain change. New identity requires awareness and intention to sustain direction. There’s a difference. You’re not monitoring yourself constantly, it's more about observing and noticing resistance or small shifts that need adjustment. You’’re not aiming for perfect behavior. You’re simply returning to your new baseline faster. That’s stabilization. If you get reactive, you recover quicker. If you slip into old patterns, you notice sooner. If something feels off, you adjust without making it mean something about you. That’s what integration looks like. Reflection for today: - How quickly do I return to center now? - What feels automatic that used to require effort? - Where has the old identity lost influence? Tomorrow we’ll look at who you’re no longer carrying forward as you emerge from your old self.
