Songwriting Competition
Hello everyone!
I'm not sure if I shared this, but i ran across this ISC(International Songwriting Competition) on ASCAP's website. It's only open to ASCAP registered writers and at the moment, the fee to enter is $25 if you use code: ascap@isc. Judging is by various artists(Andy Grammer, Elle King, Jason Mraz, etc) and just to name a few previous winners, Coco Jones, Kehlani, Fantastic Negrito...
Depending on the category, submissions are judged on the following criteria:
• Creativity
• Originality
• Lyrics (excludes songs that do not have lyrics)
• Melody
• Arrangement
• Overall likeability
