Tonight’s mini‑lesson + Q&A is about building your Investor Scoreboard so you stop guessing and start knowing what to fix.

5 weekly metrics:

1️⃣ Cash Runway – how many months you can operate if nothing new comes in

2️⃣ Timeline Variance – how many days/weeks behind you are on rehab/turn/lease‑up

3️⃣ Occupancy Status – exactly how many units are occupied / pre‑leased / vacant

4️⃣ Open Issue Age – what’s the oldest unresolved issue in your queue

5️⃣ Decision Queue – how many decisions you’re actively avoiding right now

Each one gets a status:

🟢 Green – hold

🟡 Yellow – watch

🔴 Red – fix this week

Question for you:
