Replay is up from the first Mission Control. Quick recap: your life is not one project. It is eight systems running at once, and you cannot fix a thing you have not located. So we scored all eight honestly, one to ten, with two rules. N/A is not a one. And a four is not a passing grade, a four is a system you stopped making decisions about on purpose. The lowest score is almost never the one people walk in expecting, and that gap between what you assumed and what the page says is the most useful thing on the sheet. It is the thing you have been successfully not looking at. Then we chose one. Not three. Three missions do not each get a third of the progress, they get nothing, because attention does not divide, it fragments. One mission gets enough thrust to leave the ground. The others go on maintenance for ninety days, which is not neglect, it just means they hold where they are while one thing actually moves. When two scores are tied, do not pick the lower one. Pick the one that is upstream of the other, and pick the one you would be relieved to have handled rather than the one you think you should pick. The should answer is somebody else's mission. Before Sunday, two things. Finish the Life Launch Snapshot in the Classroom if you have not. Then drop one sentence in the comments: my mission for the next ninety days is blank, and I will know it worked when blank. One sentence, not a paragraph. The people who post it are the people who are still here in March. I will also walk through what has changed around here, how the crews work, and what each membership level actually gets you, because I know that has been unclear. One more thing. Founding enrollment closed last night, and now the actual work starts. Here is exactly what to do and in what order! Step 1, take the Life Launch Snapshot in the Classroom. Four minutes. You score eight areas of your life from one to ten, honestly. Money, health, marriage, work, all of it. Most people walk in already certain which area is the broken one, and most people are wrong. The lowest score is almost never the one they expected, and that surprise is the whole point. You cannot choose a mission until you know what your ship actually looks like. Step 2, Complete the Launch Onboarding in the Classroom. Three short videos, each with a worksheet. This is where you decide where you are going, name the thing that has been holding you down, and draft your first 90-day mission. There is a bonus Fuel Check at the end if money is part of your picture, and it usually is. Step 3, DM me your Flight Plan worksheet after video 3 and I will send the link to book your Launch Call. That call is 45 minutes, just you and me. We take what you wrote, make the mission specific enough to actually measure, and set your four checkpoints. Then I put you in a crew with people whose missions line up with yours, which is why the Snapshot and the worksheets have to come first. I cannot place you well if I do not know what you are flying toward. Separate from all of that, Mission Control starts Wednesday at 6 PM ET. That is our community call.
