Cohort F - Weekly Group Call is happening in 6 days
Week 6 - Homework Deliverables
Week 6 Done. Now You Operate. This was the integration week. Six weeks of work compressed into one running system. You walked in with fog. You walk out with a 90-day operating plan in writing. Four deliverables this week. All four required. 1. Your complete 90-Day Operating Plan, all seven pieces: Lane, Money Outcome, Property Move, Capital Guardrails, Weekly Inputs, Friction & Fail-Safes, Where This Lives. 2. Your weekly inputs calendared. Not 'planned.' Actually on your calendar with day and time. Screenshot or a list of the blocks. 3. Your container confirmed in writing. Named. Specific. Not 'I'll figure it out.' 4. Submit all of it in Skool within 48 hours. No Limited Access threat this week because there is no next class. But the submission is still the line. If you don't put it in writing, it didn't happen. **One more thing.** You get a 30-minute 1:1 Zoom recap call with me. Anytime in the next 7 days. We pull up your 90-day plan and your private money deck, and we tighten both line by line. This is the proper close to the intensive. Booking link will be sent in wrap up email. Book before 6/3. After that, the window closes and you're operating on your own. This is the call where the plan you built tonight becomes the plan you actually run. Get the work in. Book the recap. Start running. I'm proud of what you built. — Tammy

Describe your version of freedom:
In one sentence — what does YOUR version of financial freedom actually look like? Not a number. The life. I'll start in the comments. I want to read yours.

How to Use This Community to Actually Make Progress
Welcome post for anyone who found their way here this week — and a reset for those of you who've been here a while Here's how to get the most out of Intentional Freedom Lab: Start here: - Go to the Resources section and grab the Money Snapshot template. Build it this week. It takes 30-60 minutes and changes how every decision feels going forward. Show up on Wednesdays: - Every Wednesday at 6 PM ET I do a 15-20 minute mini-lesson on a specific topic followed by open Q&A. You can ask about your actual deal, your actual numbers, your actual situation. Not hypotheticals. - Replays are posted same week if you can't attend live. Post your questions: - This is not a scroll-and-consume community. The value is in the back and forth. Post what you're working on. Ask the question you're afraid to ask. This is a judgment-free zone — we're all somewhere on the path. Engage with other members: - You're not the only one figuring this out. Some of the best insights in this community come from members who are one chapter ahead of you — not from me. This week's arc was about building with intention, not FOMO. If any of it landed for you, the next step is the Money Snapshot. Build yours and post it in the community when it's done. That's how this works.

How to Use This Community to Actually Make Progress
Define Your Version of Freedom Before You Pick a Strategy
Most people pick a real estate strategy before they've defined what they're actually building toward. That's backwards — and it's why so many investors end up with the wrong portfolio for their life. Here's the exercise I walk all my clients through before we touch strategy: Step 1: Write the life. In 3-5 sentences, describe your life five years from now if real estate works exactly as you hope. Not "I have 20 doors." The actual life. Where do you live? What does your week look like? Who do you spend time with? What are you not doing anymore? Step 2: Map it to the FI spectrum. - Lean FI: Real estate covers your basic bills. The W-2 becomes optional. - Regular FI: You can stop working and live comfortably. Some extras, no stress. - Epic FI: Legacy-driven. You live generously, give significantly, and every choice is intentional — not necessity-driven. Which level does the life you wrote require? Step 3: Work backwards to the strategy. Now you know what kind of cash flow you actually need. That tells you the strategy, the timeline, and the risk level that make sense for you. A single-family LTR portfolio is a very different vehicle than a short-term rental business. Both work. But only one of them fits your life. Strategy follows vision. Always.
