Tomorrow (Wednesday, April 8) at 6 PM EST we’re doing Training #2 in this underwriting series:

We’ll cover:
- The two‑phase BRRRR underwrite: buy/rehab/refi math AND the rental underwrite after the refi
- How to run a real refi test: DSCR, rate assumptions, and what the bank will actually care about
- Live deal walkthrough: we’ll take a BRRRR example and find the price where it truly works
- Simple stress tests so you don’t get wiped out by one bad assumption
