Sometimes you have to slow down and improvise
Hey INSPIROQA family ๐Ÿค Iโ€™ve been a bit quieter here lately. Less posting, less creating, less โ€œonline.โ€ The reason? My family is here visiting us. And instead of working nonstop, weโ€™ve been traveling together, exploring, improvising plans almost every day. The weather hasnโ€™t always been ideal. Sometimes we planned one thing and had to completely change direction. Rain. Clouds. Sudden shifts. But you know whatโ€™s interesting? Every single time we had to improviseโ€ฆ we found something beautiful anyway. A hidden cafรฉ. An unexpected viewpoint. A conversation we wouldnโ€™t have had otherwise. It reminded me of something simple: Life rarely goes exactly as planned. But when you stay open, you almost always discover something better than the original plan. So yes โ€” content slowed down a bit. But life happened more. And that matters too. Back to creating soon. But for now, grateful for family, flexibility, and finding magic in the detours. ๐ŸŒฟ โ€” Karol

Sometimes you have to slow down and improvise
Quiet reminder for our community ๐ŸŒฟ
I have a quiet reminder for you today โ€” and honestly, this is something Iโ€™ve been realizing in my own life recently ๐ŸŒฟ ๐—ก๐—ผ๐˜ ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—น๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ถ๐—บ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—น๐˜†. Sometimes we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have clarity fastโ€ฆ to know exactly where weโ€™re goingโ€ฆ to feel certain before we allow ourselves to move forward. But the truth I keep discovering is this: Some of the most important shifts in life donโ€™t happen when we push harder. They happen when we Iโ€™ve met so many people (and experienced this myself) who look like they are moving forward in life โ€” building careers, relationships, projects, responsibilitiesโ€ฆโ€ฆbut inside, they quietly feel ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ, ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—น๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ, or unsure what something in their life is really asking from them. And maybe there is nothing wrong with that. Maybe these moments are not obstacles. Maybe they are invitations to This community was never created for people who have everything figured out. It was created for people who are willing to be realโ€ฆ curiousโ€ฆ reflectiveโ€ฆ and open to growing together. So today, I donโ€™t want to ask you something complicated. You donโ€™t need to write anything long.Even one word is welcome here. Sometimes someone else might read your answer and realize they are not alone ๐Ÿค

Quiet reminder for our community ๐ŸŒฟ
On building real connections (a quiet reminder)
Lately, Iโ€™ve been reflecting a lot on relationships. Not networking. Not strategy. But real human connection.Iโ€™ve noticed something simple, yet powerful: When you genuinely want clarity, growth, or directionโ€ฆand you know there is a person who has walked a path youโ€™re curious about โ€”sometimes the most honest move is simply to go and ask. No manipulation. No agenda. No โ€œwhat can I get from youโ€. Just presence. Honesty. And listening. This is how I move through life. When I feel stuck, unclear, or at a crossroads, and I sense that someone might help me see things more clearly โ€”I choose openness over fear. I share my story.I listen to theirs. And somewhere in that space, something aligns. Recently, I did exactly this. I reached out to someone, not because I wanted answers handed to me,but because I trusted the conversation. And it helped me more than I expected. It reminded me that clarity often doesnโ€™t come from thinking harderโ€ฆbut from meeting the right human, at the right moment, with honesty. This is also what INSPIROQA is about for me. Creating spaces where we donโ€™t perform.Where we donโ€™t impress.Where we meet as we are โ€” and grow through dialogue. So Iโ€™ll leave you with a gentle question: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Is there someone youโ€™ve been feeling called to talk to โ€” but havenโ€™t yet? ๐Ÿ‘‰ Whatโ€™s stopping you from reaching out honestly? If you feel like sharing, Iโ€™d love to read your reflection below ๐ŸŒฟ

On building real connections (a quiet reminder)
Today I want to share something honestly.
Over the past days Iโ€™ve been carrying a lot of expectations โ€” work, pressure, planning, responsibility. And somewhere in all of thatโ€ฆ I lost presence. Today I completely forgot about a scheduled interview withย Andre Walton, Ph.D. Because of the 14-hour time difference between the USA and Bali, I thought the interview was planned for January 29. Itโ€™s probably the first time this has happened to me. And yes โ€” it didnโ€™t feel good. I wrote Andre an honest message right away. I truly believe we will reschedule, because heโ€™s a unique human being โ€” someone who can bring deep, meaningful answers to the questions we explore through INSPIROQA. This moment reminded me of something important: "even when we create from the heart, pressure can quietly pull us out of the present moment." Have you ever been so focused on whatโ€™s coming next that you forgot to be fully here today?

Today I want to share something honestly.
Today I had a conversation with Stephen.
And something about his story really stayed with me. He didnโ€™t walk away from his business because he was unhappy. He wasnโ€™t burned out. In many ways, life was working. And yet, there came a moment when he felt a quiet inner signal: โ€œI need to pause.โ€ Together with his wife, they decided to take a one-year break, no plan. No guarantees. Not an escape โ€”but an act of trust. And it left me with this question: How do you know when itโ€™s time to push forward โ€”and when itโ€™s time to stop pushing at all? Because sometimes clarity doesnโ€™t come from more action. It comes from space. You donโ€™t need to solve this today.Just let the question stay with you for a moment. (In the full conversation, we also explored what can happen when you allow yourself that kind of space โ€” and how a new sense of purpose can emerge naturally from it.)
