Sometimes you have to slow down and improvise
Hey INSPIROQA family 🤍 I’ve been a bit quieter here lately. Less posting, less creating, less “online.” The reason? My family is here visiting us. And instead of working nonstop, we’ve been traveling together, exploring, improvising plans almost every day. The weather hasn’t always been ideal. Sometimes we planned one thing and had to completely change direction. Rain. Clouds. Sudden shifts. But you know what’s interesting? Every single time we had to improvise… we found something beautiful anyway. A hidden café. An unexpected viewpoint. A conversation we wouldn’t have had otherwise. It reminded me of something simple: Life rarely goes exactly as planned. But when you stay open, you almost always discover something better than the original plan. So yes — content slowed down a bit. But life happened more. And that matters too. Back to creating soon. But for now, grateful for family, flexibility, and finding magic in the detours. 🌿 — Karol

Sometimes you have to slow down and improvise
Quiet reminder for our community 🌿
I have a quiet reminder for you today — and honestly, this is something I’ve been realizing in my own life recently 🌿 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆. Sometimes we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have clarity fast… to know exactly where we’re going… to feel certain before we allow ourselves to move forward. But the truth I keep discovering is this: Some of the most important shifts in life don’t happen when we push harder. They happen when we 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀. I’ve met so many people (and experienced this myself) who look like they are moving forward in life — building careers, relationships, projects, responsibilities……but inside, they quietly feel 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗱, or unsure what something in their life is really asking from them. And maybe there is nothing wrong with that. Maybe these moments are not obstacles. Maybe they are invitations to 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻. This community was never created for people who have everything figured out. It was created for people who are willing to be real… curious… reflective… and open to growing together. So today, I don’t want to ask you something complicated. Just something honest: ✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻? You don’t need to write anything long.Even one word is welcome here. Sometimes someone else might read your answer and realize they are not alone 🤍

On building real connections (a quiet reminder)
Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on relationships. Not networking. Not strategy. But real human connection.I’ve noticed something simple, yet powerful: When you genuinely want clarity, growth, or direction…and you know there is a person who has walked a path you’re curious about —sometimes the most honest move is simply to go and ask. No manipulation. No agenda. No “what can I get from you”. Just presence. Honesty. And listening. This is how I move through life. When I feel stuck, unclear, or at a crossroads, and I sense that someone might help me see things more clearly —I choose openness over fear. I share my story.I listen to theirs. And somewhere in that space, something aligns. Recently, I did exactly this. I reached out to someone, not because I wanted answers handed to me,but because I trusted the conversation. And it helped me more than I expected. It reminded me that clarity often doesn’t come from thinking harder…but from meeting the right human, at the right moment, with honesty. This is also what INSPIROQA is about for me. Creating spaces where we don’t perform.Where we don’t impress.Where we meet as we are — and grow through dialogue. So I’ll leave you with a gentle question: 👉 Is there someone you’ve been feeling called to talk to — but haven’t yet? 👉 What’s stopping you from reaching out honestly? If you feel like sharing, I’d love to read your reflection below 🌿

On building real connections (a quiet reminder)
This qoute resonates with me.
“How you spend every day is how you spend your life.” The more I think about it, the more I see how powerful — and honest — it is. I believe our life is not created by big dreams alone, but by what we actually live through daily. The way we talk to people. The way we treat ourselves. The things we choose to focus on. The small promises we keep… or don’t keep. For me, this quote is a reminder to stay present and intentional. Not perfect. Just aware that ordinary days are quietly shaping my future. I’m curious about you: 👉 What is one daily habit or activity that gives your life meaning right now?

There is something important I have realised in this episode
This episode is not about chasing titles or building a “perfect” career. It’s about what happens when stability disappears — and how real experience, authenticity, and trust shape what comes next. Paige Arnof-Fenn naturally stepped into the business world. She built a long, stable career in senior marketing roles at major companies. From the outside, it looked like career security. Until one moment changed everything. She was let go from a top marketing position. What followed wasn’t panic. There was no dramatic reinvention plan. No loud personal branding move. Instead, something quieter happened. People started coming to her. Asking about careers.Asking about business decisions.Asking about marketing, leadership, and how to move forward when the path isn’t obvious anymore. That’s what makes this conversation special. In the full episode, Paige shares: - how stable corporate careers are really built - what helps when that stability suddenly ends - business and marketing lessons learned through real situations - why authenticity matters more than tactics - how trust, perspective, and experience become your biggest advantage - what “success” looks like when titles no longer define you This is a calm, wise, honest conversation. Not motivational noise — but perspective earned over time. 👉 The full episode is available now in the Premium section of the community.
