But what about this verse argument

I once was in a discussion with a group of atheists and it was going well till the dude brought up I think Numbers 21 and then they brought up personal experiences and Imma be honest… my flabbergasts were gasted… have yall ever had one of these moments and how did you get through it? Were you scared? Cause I was. Also a lot of people I note don’t care for logical arguments or things of that nature when their personal opinions come into play… how do you navigate those or should we not? ANY help is welcomed
