Someone needs your voice exactly as it is.
“You have an accent.” You Can't Speak !
“You can’t lead.”
“Stay in your lane.”
I heard all of it.
But I went ahead and did it anyway.
I still deliver my message with my accent because my voice has purpose.
Because God gave me something to say.
Because the heart behind the message is stronger than the doubts spoken over me.
I’ve led teams.
I’ve watched people I coached grow into leaders.
I’ve stepped into rooms I was told I didn’t belong in.
And every time someone tried to keep me in a lane that was too small, I remembered this:
I wasn’t called to fit in.
I was called to fulfill purpose.
And purpose has no lane, it has direction.
So if you’ve ever been underestimated, doubted, or boxed in, hear me:
Your accent is not a limitation.
Your background is not a barrier.
Your path is not defined by people who don’t know your calling.
Walk in what God gave you.
Lead the way God shaped you.
And step boldly into the lane He created for you
even if it means driving past every expectation others had for your life.
Keep going. Someone needs your voice exactly as it is.
