What I’m seeing about the LinkedIn algorithm.
  1. Comments = currency. Posts that spark conversation get rewarded.
  2. Video is down. Once viral, now averaging ~15k impressions.
  3. People > graphics. Selfies/photos with people outperform plain images.
  4. Pods beware. LinkedIn is cracking down on instant, unnatural engagement.
The big truth? → Post daily for 100 days and growth is inevitable.
