I recently took over the LinkedIn content for a B2B company in France ( well-being / performance sector, ~5.5K followers). My current strategy is focused on the top of the funnel: awareness — improving reach, consistency, and visibility.

I’d love your insights:
👉 Does this evolution look normal for a company page of this size and niche?👉 From an awareness-focused perspective, are these results strong, average, or needing improvement?👉 What would you adjust first at this stage: content formats, hooks, frequency, CTAs, or audience targeting?
Any feedback from more experienced LinkedIn operators would be extremely valuable.
