Still trying to see why my post aren't performing well even though the content has improved. Question though: How important do you think the visuals of your posts are and what kind of visuals do you think work the most?

I personally haven't seen a decrease. A couple things that seem to work for me is ensuring that I show personality in my posts. It really resonates with folks that know me and helps others get to know me. Also, commenting and liking on other posts has seemed to get me more visibility as well. I thought visuals would create a boosts but my highest performing posts have been text based. The reality is performance shouldn't matter. What ultimately matters is how we get in front of our ideal clients. I'll take sales over high performance any day.

How do you find people in your niche?
Hey guys. I just watched Alex's video on the LinkedIn 360Brew algorithm changes and I have a question about engagements. Alex said in the video that we should engage with posts that are in our niche. So for me, since I create websites for construction consultants, I have to engage with posts from construction consultants right? But the thing is, I've tried searching multiple times for posts, but they all have little to no engage and are low performing. The profiles I come up as well are often not very active on the platform in terms of making posts. I have been thinking of why I haven't gotten clients yet. I believe my profile is optimised enough, so probably it's this engagement stuff that I haven't gotten right yet? Looking forward to hear your thoughts 😇.
