Come back to yourself
This meditation is created to help you center and ground yourself. The original intention was 5-10 minutes long, but since my work is shaped in the moment and I follow the energy as it moves, it naturally became abit longer. I reccomend listening with headphones, in a place where you can be undisturbed. I hope you enjoy it ❤️
Come back to yourself
Let your emotions show your true potential
What I’ve come to understand is the sheer bravery it takes to truly see ourselves. For a long time, I was terrified of looking at myself — really looking. What do I mean by that? Whenever a feeling arose in me that I judged as negative — fear, anxiety, irritation, anger, shame — I rejected it. I pushed it aside. Not by accident, but by refusing to let myself feel it. I was scared of what those emotions said about me. And it took me time to admit that. Instead, I hid behind spiritual excuses: “I’ve come far.” “I know I’m not my feelings.” “My emotional control is better now.” All of it… masks. Protectors. Stories. Today I understand something deeper: I wasn’t evolved. I wasn’t detached. I was simply too afraid to see myself fully — and I confused avoidance with growth. If we looked at our “negative” emotions as children within us — little ones pulling at our sleeve, begging to be seen — we wouldn’t be so quick to push them away. Would we turn from a crying child? Would we push away someone we love who comes to us with tears on their face? No. So why do we do it to ourselves? That’s a hard question to ask — and an even harder one to answer. The path to real authenticity is choosing to face yourself and feel what arises, when it arises. That is courage. That is meeting your own darkness. And once you do, you start to see something unexpected: your way to the light runs straight through the valleys you’ve spent your life avoiding. The darkness isn’t the enemy. It’s the container of your light. It’s the part of you that invites you to remember who you are — your strength, your depth, your brilliance. I’m walking this path every day. And somewhere along the way, I realized that this isn’t just my own journey; it’s one of my missions in life. To be an example of what we all are. To inspire people back to themselves. Back to their own power. To remind them of the gift of being alive — and how to shine again.

Who am I?
Have you ever truly asked yourself that question? Not just thought about it for a moment, but really let it echo inside you? My deepest ambition in life is to discover who I truly am — beneath all the layers I’ve built, beyond the bars I once believed others had put around me. The truth is, I built them myself. My ego loves to whisper otherwise, but deep down, I know that’s not true. I know the theory of mastering the mind — but living it, embodying it, that’s the real challenge. Even when I know how I should act or respond, I don’t always do it. Not yet. One thing I’ve learned on this journey of becoming no one is the importance of honesty with myself. And honesty… isn’t easy. It gets dark in there sometimes. It’s painful to admit when we’ve acted badly, even cruelly. But that is the work. That is the path. You need the courage to own every part of yourself. And yet, despite all of this, I am happy. Genuinely happy to be alive. Grateful for every emotion — sadness, guilt, shame, joy. Every hardship has been an invitation to grow. So next time you face something uncomfortable, ask yourself: is this feeling familiar? Does this situation keep repeating? What might it be trying to teach me? Uncomfortable moments — and people — will keep appearing until we learn the lesson. Until we can fully accept the moment with love. Acceptance isn’t always easy, especially when things feel painful or unfair. But notice how effortless it feels when life goes your way. Everything around us is simply happening. We are the ones reacting. The more we release the need to control, the more we begin to see the beauty in every moment — even the ones that hurt. Take a moment today: ask yourself what this moment is teaching you. Feel it fully. Let it move you. Much love, Andrés

Together we grow
Hello brave souls, Welcome to this space of remembering. My intention here is simple: to guide you to reconnect with yourself — and in doing so, to reconnect more fully with me. Your Presence Matters For this to be a living circle, I need your presence, your curiosity, and your stories. We are all mirrors for one another. When you share your life, your experiences, and your truth, it influences and inspires my own path. The Power of Sharing Belonging is vital. When we share our stories, we see that we are not alone. Our experiences, though unique, reflect one another — offering healing, inspiration, and hope. Your story can save lives. I know this, because truth always finds the hearts that need it. My Journey After more than a decade of depression, I stood on a mountain in Gothenburg, Sweden, when something inside me exploded. It was like a bomb of light in my chest — dropping all the illusions I had carried and revealing my true essence. Those few seconds were enough to turn my life around. Since then, I’ve walked many dark paths within my inner valleys, searching for the pieces of my authentic self. I share my story not just for myself, but because of all the walks I’ve taken since — the questioning, the shedding, the remembering of who I truly am. What I Offer I work with rhythm, reflection, presence, and sacred drumming — tools that help us shed illusions, rediscover ourselves, and step into authenticity. Our Circle This community is a living circle for transformation, connection, and the gentle remembering of ourselves — together. Thank you for reading this. I really appreciate your time. Much love Andrés
