This is part of my drum journeys, and in essence all the work I do when the drum and I collaborate intuitively.

The Beauty of You ❤️
You know that feeling... when your heart almost aches with love. Not in a bad way – more like when you’re newly in love. That feeling, when you let it bloom within you, with gratitude and love. Not because of anything outside of you, not because of any belief, but by fully accepting everything: that everything simply is as it is, that everything is exactly as it should be. No matter what is happening around you. The calm that comes from knowing that everything is happening for you. When that calm settles into your body. When the very presence, the stillness, the moment – always there for you, without demands – becomes what holds you, letting your body and nervous system fully relax. Then you notice who you really are: the amazing, the eternal, the loving – You. Then you fall in love with life.

Yin and Yang ❤️
Light loves darkness. Darkness loves light. Together they come, fated to create balance and harmony in the universe. Darkness and light, two unstoppable forces so unlike each other, yet they complete each other like nothing else. Their love for each other undying, never changing. However, as balance is needed in everything, disagreeing between them occurs. Sometimes, light looks at darkness and envies its stillness, just like the sun envies the moons reflection in a still lake during the night. So darkness will tell light, that it's okay to rest, and that it doesn't have to shine all the time. Sometimes, darkness gets annoyed with the lights vibrating shine, just like the moon jealously watches the rays of the sun nurturing life itself. So the light will vibrate its brightest, and most loving light, on darkness when it notices its mood. Thus creating balance. Darkness and light, light and darkness. They complete each other, just like the letters in a word. Alone they are nothing but together they are everything. Light and darkness exist in every moment. It is present in all of us. Love it equally. Darkness loves light. Light loves darkness.

Come back to yourself
This meditation is created to help you center and ground yourself. The original intention was 5-10 minutes long, but since my work is shaped in the moment and I follow the energy as it moves, it naturally became abit longer. I reccomend listening with headphones, in a place where you can be undisturbed. I hope you enjoy it ❤️

Let your emotions show your true potential
What I’ve come to understand is the sheer bravery it takes to truly see ourselves. For a long time, I was terrified of looking at myself — really looking. What do I mean by that? Whenever a feeling arose in me that I judged as negative — fear, anxiety, irritation, anger, shame — I rejected it. I pushed it aside. Not by accident, but by refusing to let myself feel it. I was scared of what those emotions said about me. And it took me time to admit that. Instead, I hid behind spiritual excuses: “I’ve come far.” “I know I’m not my feelings.” “My emotional control is better now.” All of it… masks. Protectors. Stories. Today I understand something deeper: I wasn’t evolved. I wasn’t detached. I was simply too afraid to see myself fully — and I confused avoidance with growth. If we looked at our “negative” emotions as children within us — little ones pulling at our sleeve, begging to be seen — we wouldn’t be so quick to push them away. Would we turn from a crying child? Would we push away someone we love who comes to us with tears on their face? No. So why do we do it to ourselves? That’s a hard question to ask — and an even harder one to answer. The path to real authenticity is choosing to face yourself and feel what arises, when it arises. That is courage. That is meeting your own darkness. And once you do, you start to see something unexpected: your way to the light runs straight through the valleys you’ve spent your life avoiding. The darkness isn’t the enemy. It’s the container of your light. It’s the part of you that invites you to remember who you are — your strength, your depth, your brilliance. I’m walking this path every day. And somewhere along the way, I realized that this isn’t just my own journey; it’s one of my missions in life. To be an example of what we all are. To inspire people back to themselves. Back to their own power. To remind them of the gift of being alive — and how to shine again.
