我的老闆很機車跟控制，這種情況下要怎麼與他溝通？
就是老闆是業務角色，但我是設計，常常會以業務思維在壓我們的進度跟時間
並且常常他做的決策就知道會失敗的，老闆也跟我說過早聽我的就好了......
溝通很無奈
