What's holding you back?

I will go first.

😤 Real talk? Here it is.

Too much to do. Not enough hours. I'm trying to get videos out, keep my Skool community alive, finish my website — imperfections and all — and still show up every single day like I mean it. Because I do.

Some days I don't get back to everyone in the community the way I want to. That eats at me. Because these people matter to me.

But here's what I've learned — the imperfect video that goes up beats the perfect one still sitting in my head. Every. Single. Time.

💪 What keeps me going?

Those moments when someone notices. When someone says "hey, I see what you're building." Those aren't small things to me. For a guy who spent 30 years in the trades where the work speaks and nobody hands out gold stars — that recognition hits different.

⚡ The honest truth?

I'm not struggling because I'm doing it wrong. I'm stretched because I'm doing it ALL. And I'd rather be stretched building something real than comfortable building nothing.

The website will get done. The content will get out. The community will grow.

One imperfect step at a time. 🎯
