I want to take a minute and say thank you.
Our community started with a handful of people who believed a retired firefighter and tradesman from Muskoka could actually help someone else build something real. Now we're one of the fastest-growing communities on the whole platform. That's not on me — that's on you. Every person who showed up, asked questions, and kept pushing built it. I spent 36 years running into burning buildings and three decades before that welding steel and running heavy equipment. I know what it feels like to give everything to a job and still end up laid off with no plan B. That's exactly why I care so much about watching people climb out of that same spot, one step at a time. None of it happened because I had everything figured out. I had mentors who showed me the path, and I had you — showing up, sharing wins, asking hard questions, pushing me to keep improving. Nobody climbs alone here. We're not slowing down. Something is coming that I believe will change how a lot of you build a second income. I'll be sharing details soon, and I think you'll want to be paying attention when I do. Keep showing up. Keep pushing. Let's go. Hear me now, Believe me later. Pep / Marc Hamel
Quick question from a total newbie
What’s ONE automation, prompt, or simple AI workflow that helped you the most when you were just starting out? I’d love to hear your “I wish I knew this on day 1” tips. Drop them below — even a short sentence helps! Bonus: If you were me right now, what would you focus on first this week? (Automations, side hustle ideas, Claude stuff, etc.) Grateful for any wisdom — thank you in advance!
What You See Isn't Always What's Real
For my Legacy followers. Quick note: this is just my own take, added on top of what Michele teaches. Nothing here should pull you off her Blueprint. Follow her program exactly as laid out. I spent 30-plus years welding steel and running heavy equipment, and 36 as a volunteer firefighter. You learn fast that what something looks like from the outside and what's holding it together underneath are two different things. Social media works the same. Somebody posts a good month and it looks effortless. What you don't see is the string of bad weeks before it, and the times they almost quit. That's not how Michele and the DGC operate. What's taught here is exactly what's taught — no hidden catch. It's a business. What you put in is what you get out. If you're new and comparing your first few weeks to someone else's highlight reel — stop. You're not behind. You're early. Don't let somebody else's polished post talk you out of your own progress. Show up daily. Sharpen your skills. Trust Michele's process, even when it's slow. Your audience can tell the difference between real and performing. What you see is the surface. What gets you there is everything underneath it. Consistency plus honesty wins. It's not the time to quit. Hear me now, Believe me later. Pep / Marc Hamel
