For my Legacy followers. Quick note: this is just my own take, added on top of what Michele teaches. Nothing here should pull you off her Blueprint. Follow her program exactly as laid out. I spent 30-plus years welding steel and running heavy equipment, and 36 as a volunteer firefighter.
